With an impressive maximum efficiency of 89%, and an average efficiency of 82%, this heater is meant to impress, and is design approved for passive homes.

All wood heaters are tested the same so to achieve a Max of 89% Efficiency, the Alberni 2.5 LE wood heater is 30% more efficient than other heaters in this range

With changes in wood heating emissions coming in 2025 – the Alberni 2.5 LE wood heater is already approved.
